EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
Thank you for your interest in being an exhibitor at the 2026 Madison Vegan Fest. We are excited to have our fest at the beautiful Lunney Lake Farm County Park. Please review the updated exhibitor information and criteria.
With an expected attendance of over 4,000 people, this is a great opportunity to introduce and promote your business or organization to many receptive people in a single day. Madison Vegan Fest will feature delicious vegan food, speakers, panel discussions, music, product samples, children’s activities, and many exhibitors.

Updated Information and Criteria

Exhibitor spaces are 15' by 15'. To keep fees as low as possible, tents and tables will not be provided.
This event will be held rain or shine, and we ask exhibitors to provide their own tent. We have a limited number of 6' x 2.5' tables available for rent (inquire for pricing) and can direct you to resources to purchase or rent 10' x 10' pop-up tents.
No electricity will be provided on-site for exhibitors. However, there will be a device charging station.
Wireless Internet is unavailable on-site, but cell service is good in the area.
Note: You must arrive before 11 am to set up for the fest. We recommend arriving at least an hour in advance, at 10 am, before the fest is open for attendees at 11 am.

Exhibitors may give away food samples (up to 3 oz.) or sell packaged food meant for consumption after the fest.
All food must be vegan (no animal products, flesh, fat, broth, gelatin, egg, dairy, or honey).

Exhibitors may give away product samples and/or sell products. All products must be vegan.

Recyclable or compostable containers and serviceware is highly encouraged.
No Styrofoam is permitted. Exceptions must be approved in advance.

The following criteria are used to evaluate whether an exhibitor is a good fit for Madison Vegan Fest:
A business or organization whose products, services, or information help the public to practice a vegan lifestyle.
A business or organization whose activities do not promote animal products, animal experimentation, or animals as entertainment.
For businesses and organizations whose activities and products claim to have the healing effects of medicine, the degree to which those claims are supported by evidence.

Cancellations made on or before September 7, 2026, will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made after September 7, 2026, will not be refunded. If Madison Vegan Fest declines to accept an exhibitor for any reason, any fees paid will be fully refunded. Madison Vegan Fest 2026 will be held rain or shine. If Madison Vegan Fest is canceled due to dangerous weather conditions, we will offer a full refund and an option to reschedule for a later fest date in 2027.
